Terms and Conditions

Promologik takes details you give us about your business and uses artificial intelligence to produce a monthly social media plan and ready-to-post content: strategy, captions, hashtags, suggested dates and images. You download or copy the content and publish it yourself. We don't post to your accounts.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business.
• Give us accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can sign up with an email and password or with Google. One person or business per account.

You keep ownership of what you give us: business details, logos and photos. You allow us to use them, and to send them to our AI providers, only to run the service for you.

As between you and us, you may use the posts and images we generate for your business, including commercially. Because AI output can resemble content made for others, we can't promise that any output is unique.

AI can make mistakes. Read every post before you publish it. In particular:

• Check that facts, prices, dates, offers and claims are true for your business. We try not to invent them, but we can't verify them.
• Don't publish claims you can't support, such as licenses, insurance, certifications, guarantees, results or reviews.
• Follow the rules of the platforms you post on and the advertising, consumer protection and privacy laws that apply to you.
• Don't upload photos or logos you don't have the right to use, or images of people who haven't agreed to appear.

Don't use the service to:

• break the law, or promote anything illegal, deceptive or harmful;
• create hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around the limits on your plan;
• resell or share your account.

We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

New accounts get a free trial with a small number of posts. Paid plans, their prices and what they include are shown on the billing page at the time you buy. Payments are handled by our payment provider and we don't store your card details. Plans include a set number of posts, and some actions, such as redos and AI tools, have daily limits.

If you think you were charged by mistake, or want to ask about a refund, email shivham@promologik.com. We'll look at each request fairly.

The service relies on other companies, including AI model providers, hosting, storage, sign-in and payment providers. Your content is processed by them as described in our Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for outages or changes at those providers, or for the platforms where you publish.

The service, its software, design, templates and brand belong to us. You may not copy them or use our name or logo without permission. Examples on our website are illustrations: the businesses shown are made up, and some images are AI-generated.

We provide the service "as is". We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will bring you customers, followers, sales or any other result.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, or for anything that results from content you publish. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. When an account is deleted, the data stored for it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we make a significant change we'll update the date above and, where we can, let you know. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
