Privacy Policy

• Account details: your email address and name, and your password if you sign up with email (stored hashed, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Your business details: what you type into the form, such as business name, type, city, what you sell, price range, customers, offers, tone, language and platforms.
• Uploads: a logo and photos, if you add them.
• What we generate for you: your plans, posts, captions, hashtags and images, and the instructions you give when you redo a post or use an AI tool.
• Usage records: which actions you take (such as copying a caption or downloading an image) and what each AI request cost, so we can enforce plan limits and understand costs.
• Payment records: the plan, amount and status of a payment. Card and bank details are entered with our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Technical data: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

Before you create an account, the answers you type into the form stay in your own browser.

• To run the service: generate your plan, posts and images, and show them to you.
• To manage your account, plan and payments, and to apply limits.
• To keep the service secure, fix problems and prevent misuse.
• To contact you about your account or the service, and to answer your messages.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your business details or uploads to advertise to you.

We use these kinds of providers to run the service. They process data only on our behalf:

• AI model providers (currently Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude where enabled). Your business details, the strategy, and any reference photos or logos are sent to them to write and draw your content.
• Hosting, database and file storage (Vercel and Supabase). Your account, content and uploads are stored in a private database and private file storage that only you can read through the app.
• Sign-in (Google, if you choose it).
• Payments (Razorpay) when payments are available.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Our database and file storage are hosted in India (Mumbai) and our servers run there too. Our AI and payment providers may process data in other countries. We choose providers with appropriate security and use only what is needed for each task.

We keep your account and content while your account is open so you can come back to your months and images. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting it removes your profile, business details, plans, posts and stored images from our systems. Records we are required to keep, such as payment records, may be kept for as long as the law requires, and backups may take a short time to clear.

• You can see and change your business details in Settings, and download your images and captions at any time.
• You can delete your account from Settings.
• Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states, or India), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to object to some uses. To use a right, or to ask a question, email shivham@promologik.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and won't treat you differently for asking.

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later we'll update this page and, where required, ask for your consent.

Access to your data is restricted to your account by the database itself, files are private, and connections are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Promologik is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know. Our Terms and Conditions also apply to your use of the service.
